Founded in the mid-70s by Woody Woodson and a few fellow enthusiasts, Detroit’s Fiat community has a rich history. In the early 80s, the group evolved into FLUiD
(Fiat-Lancia Unlimited in Detroit), becoming what's today known as an official chapter of Fiat Club America. Over the years, key members like Pietro Arena helped shape
the club’s legacy. FLUiD proudly hosted the FreakOut national gathering in 2005, 2006, and 2016.

Today, our club boasts around 30 active members spanning four counties across Southeast Michigan, keeping the passion for Italian cars alive through events, drives, and camaraderie.
