THE TOPOLINO'S COMING TO AMERICA!
Prepare to get your quadricycle vibe on.
Speaking today in conjunction with the unveiling of the Topolino Art Car for Maimi Art Week, FIAT CEO Olivier Francois said the Topolino had appeared in the US in several locations and had generated so much interest that, "I'm happy to share that we'll be bringing the FIAT Topolino to the US."
The quadricycle is expected to arrive sometime in 2026. US pricing is unknown. Unlike in Europe, where people as young as 14 can legally drive the Topo on the road, the target market in the US appears to be gated communities and as replacements for golf carts for places that use such vehicles for on site transportation.
Topolinos are powered by a 5.4kWh battery pack. They produce 8hp, 32 lb-ft of torque and zip about at up to 28 mph for up to 46 miles.
The Topolino Art Car, nicknamed the Brittolino was created by Romero Britto, a Miami-based Brazilian artist/sculptor known for his vibrant colors and bold patterns.
